beaches it might be the amazing selection of its restaurants. Over the years
people from around the world have come to Boracay and fallen in love with the
place. They have then opened restaurants featuring cuisine from their home
countries, many of them specially importing ingredients. This gives the Boracay
menu a variety seen in few other places.

of the more popular restaurants on White beach is Aria with a wide variety of
Italian dishes and even a wood fire pizza oven. Using only the freshest
ingredients, many of them imported, the chefs at Aria cook up some amazing
meals. With indoor and outdoor seating and its central location, Aria is a
favorite spot for people watching. For breakfast, desserts, or coffee check out
its sister restaurant Café de Sol right next door. Boracay Steakhouse: Experience Steaks, Salads and other specialties sitting on a terrace overlooking the sea. That's the "Steakhouse Boracay ", the islands premier Steak & Salad restaurant. Among the specialties of Steakhouse are appetizers of beef or fish carpaccio, Entrées as the delicious Alberto Special Salad, or main courses as Australian T-Bone Steak, Tenderloin, served with either vegetables or different kind of salads. The "Boracay Steakhouse" caters not only to meat lovers, but also to vegetarians with the many salads and the Swiss "Roesti", a hearty potato dish. chill out lounge music playing in the evenings and ultra-comfortable seating
facing the ocean, Café del Mar is Boracay ambiance at its finest. And don’t think

Cyma is a small stylish restaurant in D’mall serving amazing Greek dishes. The
menu offers dish after dish of some of the tastiest food you will have the
pleasure to eat. From humus and pita bread to the to-die-for Souflaki, Seafood,
Tzatziki, Gyros… it all goes down splendidly with a glass of their specially
infused iced tea. Manana: If you are looking for a bite of Mexican food to spice up your holiday Manana is a restaurant not to be missed. With all the Mexican specialties one would expect, there is plenty of good food to choose from. Friendly service and mouthwatering specialties such as tortillas de papa top off a wonderful dining experience. And beside ball that they have the best frozen Margarits on the island. Ole:
The Philippines, having a deep Spanish connection, has long been drawn to the
gastronomic delights of Spain. Ole brings these delights to Boracay in
